Ingredients:

200g lean beef mince
1 red onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
In a bowl, mix together the beef mince, onion, red pepper, garlic, cumin and paprika until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a skewer shape on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
