Ingredients:

200g cooked beef, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
1 cup cooked white rice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable broth or water
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the garlic and onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the garlic and onion. Cook for another 3 minutes or until heated through.
Add the soy sauce, sesame oil (if using), honey or brown sugar, vegetable broth or water, salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine all ingredients together.
Return the beef to the skillet and stir everything together until heated through. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes!
