Ingredients:

250g lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 carrot, diced
400g can of chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper and carrot to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are softened.
Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, oregano and basil to the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for 15 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving over your favorite pasta or zucchini noodles.
