Ingredients:

120g lean ground beef
1 small sweet potato, peeled and diced into small cubes
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons plain flour

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the sweet potato cubes, onion, garlic powder, oregano leaves, thyme leaves, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are softened.
In a small bowl mix together the tomato paste, water and flour until combined. Pour this mixture into the skillet with the beef mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
Transfer the beef mixture into the prepared pie dish and spread it out evenly. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
