Ingredients:

100g lean ground beef
1 medium potato, peeled and diced into small cubes
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup vegetable broth or water
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the potatoes, onion, celery, vegetable broth or water, garlic powder, oregano leaves and salt and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine all ingredients.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and cover with foil. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
