Ingredients:

200g lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 cups vegetable broth
1 cup uncooked egg noodles
2 tablespoons tomato paste

Cooking Instructions:

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add the oregano, basil, smoked paprika, black pepper, vegetable broth, egg noodles and tomato paste to the skillet. Stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or until noodles are cooked through. Stir occasionally during cooking time.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings such as grated cheese or fresh herbs. Enjoy!
