Ingredients:

200g lean beef mince
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 litre beef stock or broth
150g egg noodles

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef mince and cook until browned.
Add the onion, garlic, carrots and celery to the pot and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
Add the oregano and thyme leaves to the pot and stir to combine.
Pour in the beef stock or broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the egg noodles to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes until noodles are cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings such as fresh herbs or grated cheese if desired. Enjoy!
