Ingredients:

200g lean beef strips
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
200g green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the beef strips and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the onion to the same pan and cook for 3 minutes until softened. Add the garlic and bell pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Add the green beans to the pan along with the soy sauce, sesame oil, and ground ginger. Cook for 5 minutes until the green beans are tender but still crisp.
Return the beef to the pan and stir everything together until combined. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve immediately with cooked rice or noodles if desired.
