Ingredients:

60g lean ground beef
½ cup diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon dried oregano leaves
¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup low sodium beef broth or water
1 cup cooked green beans (fresh or frozen)
2 tablespoons tomato paste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain off any fat.
Add the onion, garlic, oregano, thyme and black pepper to the skillet and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the onion is softened.
Add the beef broth or water and stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes or until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
Add the cooked green beans and tomato paste to the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for an additional 2 minutes or until heated through.
Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly around the edges. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes!
