Ingredients:

100g cooked beef, diced
2 eggs
1/2 cup cooked white rice
1/4 cup frozen peas and carrots mix
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the eggs and scramble until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside with the beef.
Add the cooked rice to the skillet along with the peas and carrots mix, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until heated through.
Add back in the beef and eggs to the skillet and stir everything together until combined. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until everything is heated through.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings such as green onions or sesame seeds if desired! Enjoy!
