Ingredients:

100g lean beef, thinly sliced
1/2 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated or minced
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce or tamari sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until lightly browned on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the cauliflower to the same skillet and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for an additional minute.
Return the beef to the skillet along with the soy sauce or tamari sauce, rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil (if using). Cook for an additional 5 minutes until everything is cooked through.
