Ingredients:

100g beef strips
1/2 head of broccoli florets (about 200g)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon fresh ginger (minced)
2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari sauce (gluten
free if needed)
2 tablespoons rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
2 tablespoons water or vegetable broth
150g noodles of your choice (rice noodles, soba noodles etc.)

Cooking Instructions:

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef strips and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the broccoli florets to the same skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Return the beef strips to the pan along with the soy sauce or tamari sauce, rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar, sesame oil (if using), water or vegetable broth and cooked noodles. Stir everything together until combined and heated through. Serve immediately!
