2 tablespoons white wine or vegetable broth
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
80g spaghetti or other pasta of choice
¼ cup non
dairy milk (e.g. almond milk)
2 tablespoons vegan parmesan cheese (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess fat.
In the same skillet over medium heat, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the white wine or vegetable broth and stir to combine.
Add the nutritional yeast flakes, sea salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir to combine. Reduce heat to low and add the non-dairy milk and cooked pasta to the skillet. Stir gently until all ingredients are combined and heated through (about 3 minutes).
Add the cooked bacon back into the skillet and stir gently until all ingredients are combined again (about 1 minute). Serve immediately with vegan parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
