Ingredients:

150g of pasta of your choice
2 slices of bacon, diced
1 egg, beaten
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain the cooked pasta and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels. Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the skillet for cooking the egg.
Add the garlic to the skillet with the reserved bacon fat and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add in the beaten egg and scramble until cooked through.
Add in the cooked pasta to the skillet with the egg mixture and stir to combine everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese before serving. Top with crispy bacon before serving as well.
