Ingredients:

50g rolled oats
25g peanut butter
25g brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, brown sugar, egg yolk, baking powder and salt until well combined.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
