Ingredients:

1 ripe banana, mashed
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of coconut oil, melted
1 cup of rolled oats
½ teaspoon of baking powder
¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon of salt

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Add the honey and melted coconut oil and mix until combined.
Add the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl and mix until everything is well combined.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly with your fingers or a spoon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on top. Allow to cool before serving.
