Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
1 mango, diced
1 avocado, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Once chicken is cooked, let cool and then dice.
