Ingredients:

100g plain flour
50g butter, softened
2 tablespoons of low calorie sweetener (e.g. Splenda)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark
In a bowl, mix together the flour and butter until it forms a crumbly texture.
Add the low calorie sweetener and vanilla extract and mix until it forms a dough.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until it is about 5mm thick.
Cut out shapes using cookie cutters and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
