Ingredients:

1 cup of prunes, chopped into small pieces
1/2 cup of all
purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of honey or agave nectar (for sugar free option)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
Add in the chopped prunes and stir until evenly distributed.
In a separate bowl, mix together the vegetable oil and honey or agave nectar until combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
