Ingredients:

100g of peanut butter
1 egg
2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (optional)
2 tablespoons of coconut flour or almond flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, egg, honey or maple syrup (if using), coconut flour or almond flour, baking powder and salt until well combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with your fingers.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown on the edges. Allow to cool before serving.
