Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons of honey or agave nectar (or a sugar
free alternative)
1/4 cup of rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips (sugar
free)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey until combined.
Add in the oats, baking powder and vanilla extract and mix until everything is well combined.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop tablespoonfuls of cookie dough onto the sheet about 2 inches apart from each other.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown on top and slightly firm to the touch. Allow to cool before serving.
