Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup (for a sugar free version)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 egg white
½ cup of all
purpose flour
¼ teaspoon of baking soda
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ cup of raisins

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey or agave syrup (for a sugar free version), vanilla extract and egg white until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the raisins.
Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown around the edges. Allow to cool before serving.
