Ingredients:

60g peanut butter (sugar free)
30g pretzels (crushed)
30ml honey (or sugar free alternative)
1 egg white (beaten)
1 teaspoon baking powder

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, crushed pretzels, honey and egg white until well combined.
Add the baking powder and mix until fully incorporated.
