Ingredients:

60g all
purpose flour
30g rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
30g peanut butter (sugar free)
30ml vegetable oil
15ml honey (or other sweetener)
15ml water
30g chopped pecans

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, oats, baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, vegetable oil, honey and water until well combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chopped pecans.
Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Allow to cool before serving.
