Ingredients:

60g peanut butter (sugar free)
30g rolled oats (gluten
free)
30ml almond milk (unsweetened)
15ml maple syrup (sugar free)
5ml vanilla extract
2.5ml baking powder
2.5ml ground cinnamon

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, rolled oats, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder and ground cinnamon until combined.
Using a tablespoon measure, scoop out the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly with your fingers or a fork.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown on top. Allow to cool before serving.
