Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of peanut butter (unsweetened)
2 tablespoons of jelly (sugar free)
1/4 cup of almond flour
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of coconut oil (melted)
2 tablespoons of honey (or agave nectar)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, jelly, coconut oil and honey until well combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Roll the dough into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
