Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of hazelnuts, chopped finely
2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup (for sugar free version)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of all
purpose flour

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey or agave syrup (for sugar free version), baking powder and salt until combined.
Add in the chopped hazelnuts and all-purpose flour and mix until combined.
Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten each ball slightly with your fingers.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
