Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of peanut butter (unsweetened)
2 tablespoons of honey (or other sweetener)
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of all
purpose flour
1/3 cup of semi
sweet chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, egg, baking soda and salt until well combined.
Add in the flour and mix until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Allow to cool before serving.
