Ingredients:

1/2 cup all
purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
1 egg white
1 teaspoon orange zest
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and honey until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg white until combined. Stir in the orange zest and juice until blended. Gradually add in the dry ingredients until just combined.
Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Allow to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
