Ingredients:

½ cup of natural peanut butter
¼ cup of honey or maple syrup (or a sugar
free alternative)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of rolled oats
½ teaspoon of baking powder
Pinch of salt

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract until combined.
Add in the rolled oats, baking powder and salt and mix until everything is well combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop out tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with your fingers.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown on top. Allow to cool before serving.
