Ingredients:

120g all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
60g butter, softened
30ml unsulphured molasses
30ml honey

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and honey until light and fluffy. Add in the molasses and mix until combined.
Gradually add in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix!
Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, scoop out dough onto prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart from each other. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden brown. Allow to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
