Ingredients:

125g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
75g butter, softened
50g granulated sweetener (or to taste)
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50g sugar free M&Ms (or regular M&Ms if not sugar free)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sweetener until light and fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
Gradually add in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until fully incorporated. Fold in the M&Ms until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking tray and flatten slightly with your fingers or a fork. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Allow to cool before serving.
