Ingredients:

120g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
60g butter, softened to room temperature
30g granulated sugar substitute (such as Splenda)
1 large egg
2 tablespoons milk
50g dark chocolate chips (sugar free)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar substitute until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and milk until combined. Gradually add in the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Allow to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
