Ingredients:

2 egg whites
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
2 tablespoons almond flour
2 tablespoons powdered sweetener (such as stevia or monk fruit)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the almond flour and sweetener until combined.
Using a spoon or piping bag, pipe small circles onto the prepared baking sheet.
