Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of butter, softened
1/4 cup of white sugar substitute (such as Splenda)
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of all
purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of seedless grapes, chopped into small pieces

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar substitute until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg yolk and vanilla extract until well blended.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture until just blended. Fold in the chopped grapes.
Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in preheated oven, or until golden brown on the edges. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
