Ingredients:

60g all
purpose flour
30g cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
60g peanut butter (sugar free)
30ml vegetable oil
30ml almond milk (unsweetened)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, vegetable oil and almond milk until combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly with your hands or a fork.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cookies are set but still soft in the center. Allow to cool before serving.
