Ingredients:

60g cocoa powder
120ml vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons artificial sweetener (or sugar substitute)
120g all
purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract and artificial sweetener until well combined.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula or spoon. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
