Ingredients:

60g almond flour
30g coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon baking soda

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract and baking soda until combined.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with your fingers.
