Ingredients:

200g cooked lobster meat, chopped into small pieces
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon freshly chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
2 slices of white bread or a hot dog bun

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Toast the bread or hot dog bun until lightly golden brown.
Spread the lobster mixture onto one side of the bread or bun and top with the other slice of bread or bun.
Serve immediately.
