Ingredients:

80g linguine pasta
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
1 can (400g) chopped clams in juice or fresh clams (about 12
15 clams)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the white wine or chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add the clams and cook for 5 minutes until they are cooked through.
Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Remove from heat and stir in the parsley leaves, salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately!
