Ingredients:

200g linguine pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream or half
and
half cream
200g cooked crab meat, flaked or shredded
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in the white wine or chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 3 minutes until slightly reduced.
Add the heavy cream or half-and-half cream and bring to a simmer again. Simmer for 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add the cooked crab meat and stir to combine with the sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes until heated through.
Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce and crab meat mixture until heated through. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste if desired.
Serve immediately garnished with chopped fresh parsley leaves if desired. Enjoy!
