Ingredients:

1 cup cooked white rice
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
12 grape leaves, rinsed and drained

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine cooked rice, onion, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix until ingredients are well combined.
Place one grape leaf on a flat surface with the stem side facing up. Place about 2 tablespoons of the rice mixture in the center of the leaf and fold in sides to enclose filling. Roll up from stem end to form a cylinder shape. Repeat with remaining leaves and filling.
Place stuffed grape leaves in an oven-safe dish and pour 1/4 cup water over them. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm or at room temperature.
