Ingredients:

1/2 cup minced lamb or beef
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the minced lamb or beef, onion, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Form the mixture into small patties about 1 inch thick.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Serve with warm pita bread and your favorite accompaniments such as hummus or tzatziki sauce.
