Ingredients:

2 beef steaks (about 200g each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika powder
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, paprika powder and black pepper to make a marinade.
Place the steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Rub the marinade into the steaks until they are evenly coated on both sides. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly grease it with oil or cooking spray.
Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached (145°F for medium-rare). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
