Ingredients:

200g ground beef or lamb
1/2 cup bulgur wheat
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons plain yogurt (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef or lamb, bulgur wheat, parsley, mint leaves, olive oil, cumin, allspice and salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
Form the mixture into small patties about 2 inches in diameter.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the kibbeh patties to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with plain yogurt if desired.
