Ingredients:

1 fillet of white fish (200g)
2 tablespoons of plain flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
1 teaspoon of ground coriander
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste For the Tahini Sauce:
2 tablespoons of tahini paste
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of water

Cooking Instructions:

In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, cumin, coriander, garlic powder and salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Dip the fish fillet into the flour mixture to coat it evenly on both sides.
Place the fish in the hot oil and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
To make the tahini sauce, mix together the tahini paste, lemon juice and water in a small bowl until smooth. Serve the fried fish with the tahini sauce on top or on the side.
