Ingredients:

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 300g)
1/2 cup almond flour (50g)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (1.25ml)
1/4 teaspoon onion powder (1.25ml)
1/4 teaspoon paprika (1.25ml)
1/2 teaspoon salt (2.5ml)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1.25ml)
2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)

Cooking Instructions:

In a shallow bowl or plate, mix together the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper until combined.
Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes and coat them in the almond flour mixture until evenly coated on all sides.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken cubes to the pan. Cook for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping occasionally to ensure even cooking on all sides.
