Ingredients:

2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/4 cup almond milk or other milk of choice (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the melted butter or coconut oil and mix until combined. If using honey or maple syrup and/or almond milk, add them now and mix until combined.
Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of dough for each biscuit and place on the prepared baking sheet. Press down lightly to flatten slightly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown on top. Let cool before serving.
