1 cup cooked white rice
2 ounces sashimi
grade salmon
2 ounces sashimi
grade tuna
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon wasabi paste
1 teaspoon pickled ginger (optional)
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)
