Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts (200g each)
2 eggs
1 cup of breadcrumbs (100g)
2 tablespoons of olive oil (30ml)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Cut the chicken breasts into thin slices.
Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl.
Place the breadcrumbs in another shallow bowl.
Dip each slice of chicken into the egg mixture, then coat it with the breadcrumbs.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken slices to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer the cooked chicken slices onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes until cooked through.
